Ed Werner of ESPN breaks the news that Brett Favre is to consult Dr. James Andrews this week regarding a shoulder injury.  Favre was quoted as experiencing a pain in his shoulder while putting on a t-shirt this last Saturday. Speculation is that Favre thinks this injury could stem from his past bicep injury that Dr. Andrews surgically fixed last year.

Dr. Andrews will be a very busy man this week.  Both Quarterbacks, Chad Henne and Chad Pennington of the Miami Dolphins are speculated to be visiting Dr. Andrews this week as well.  Stay tuned as we’ll be sure to post any results that may pertain to  Favre’s injury.
