Brett Favre reportedly is not set to get an MRI on his shoulder nor report to Dr. James Andrews.   Childress has stated that Favre’s shoulder is sore but he should be ready for the big game next week against the Packers.  Favre is expected to miss practice on Wednesday (he hasn’t practiced on Wednesday’s much this season) but will be back on the field Thursday.

It looks like it’s become a habit of Favre’s to come up with some reason as to why he has played poorly this season.  Whether it be tendinitis in his elbow or his shoulder he is arguably this teams best option at winning.  Favre plays his old team the Packers this weekend so watch for him to give it his absolute best and lay everything out on the field.  This game will likely be his last game against the Packers and we all know he would love to get finish his career with one more win against his former team.
