MN Vikings blog fans: Do you have any plans to go down to Mankato this year? If not, did the lockout have an effect on your decision or is it for other reasons?

I live in ND at this time but am from Minnesota and my family and I have been Viking fans forever, my son Tyler is actually a season ticket holder. We are so excited for the season to begin. We are coming to Minnesota for a wedding and we plan to attend the Viking training camp on Friday August 5th. My sons are both grown now and have there own kids, but when they were young we went to trainig camp all the time. Have lots of pictures and lots of good memories. Thank you for all of that. See you on August 5th…

That’s great to hear that you and your family will be able to make it out to camp this year! Definitely a fun time.

I forgot to say one thing, every Sunday before the games I make omlette’s “Viking Omlette’s” is what my grandkids call them, that has been a family tradition for the last 5 years. We call them our good luck omlette’s…
