Kevin Williams Will Be Suspended First Two Games Of The Season

September 2, 2011 by Nick in PLAYER NEWS

NFL.com is reporting that Minnesota Vikings star defensive tackle will be fined and suspended without pay for the first two games this season.   No word at this time on how much the fine.  If you have take any “good” from this post its that the suspension has been reduced from the 4 games suspension that both Kevin and Pat Williams have been fighting for what feels like a lifetime.

Kevin Williams is currently injured with a foot issue so the two game suspension will only give him more time to heal.  The Vikings will miss him against San Diego and Tampa Bay but this guy will be a powerhouse looking for revenge when he returns to the field at the Metrodome to play the Detroit Lions.

More details will be posted as they are available.
