Vikings Cut WR Bernard Berrian
Let me start this post off by saying – IT’S ABOUT TIME! ESPN is reporting that the Minnesota Vikings have finally cut wide receiver Bernard Berrian
Berrian for the second week in a row was deactivated at game time. This past game included a healthy scratch as well. “We did it based on some of the things that had happened,” the coach said Monday.
Citing Frazier’s request to keep the details private, Berrian on Monday wouldn’t provide any information on the situation or offer much of his feelings about it. He said he’s tried to put the controversies about his playing time, attitude and performance in the past. “But one way or another, something comes up,” Berrian said.
The Vikings said that they promoted wide receiver Stephen Burton to the active roster to take Berrians spot.
