After the Game

Vikings Lose To Broncos 35 – 32

December 4, 2011 by Nick in After the Game

In an extremely close game the Vikings lose another game.  This time it was a last moment defeat to the Denver Broncos and Tim Tebow.  Christian Ponder has a pretty good game throwing for over 350 yards and three touchdowns.  Unfortunately he also had a fumble and two touchdowns including one at the very end of the game that gave the Broncos the game winning field goal.

While any Vikings defeat is hard to stomach, Vikings fans have to be excited to see progress from Rookie Christian Ponder.  Yes the mental errors were discouraging but he also made some very good throws during this game.  As I have been saying the second half of this season – the season will still be deemed a success if we can find out for sure the Ponder is our QB of the future.  I think the Vikings are set up well for drafting the top offensive tackle in next years draft.  A fantastic tackle and a good QB are great stepping stones towards rebuilding this team.  SKOL VIKES!
