NFL To Vote On Vikings Stadium Contribution

According to the Pioneer Press  A vote is expected tonight as league owners meet outside Dallas to decide whether to resurrect the so-called G-3 program to pay for stadium renovation and construction, loans that could fund about one-third of the Vikings’ contribution toward a $1.1 billion facility in Arden Hills.

 

Wilf and the Vikings have said they are willing to put up over 400 million dollars which is more then any owner has contributed to a stadium.  However Wilf has also said they will decrease their contribution if the stadium is not in Arden Hills.  The vote is to determine financial contribution not stadium location.
